1. Registration and Payment
Places will be allocated upon confirmation of payment and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Refund and Cancellations
a) The full camp fee will be refunded if written withdrawal is received at least 2 weeks before the camp.
b) Cancellation within less than 2 weeks before the commencement of camp will be subjected to a fee equal to 50% of the camp fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the commencement of the programme.
c) Exceptions: Camp fee will be fully refunded if the child is physically unable to attend due to an injury (supported by doctor’s note) or is relocating from Singapore (supported by documentation).
d) Impressions Art Studio reserves the right to cancel the camp due to insufficient members. Parents will be notified at least a week prior to the commencement of the camp and a full refund of the fee will be provided.
e) We will do our best to ensure there will be no changes in terms of location, times or facilitators. In the case of last minute emergencies or unanticipated conflicts, a suitable replacement option will be offered. We will inform you by email or by phone of the change as soon as possible.
In the course of an accident, illness, loss of property or death, Impressions Art Studio cannot be held responsible unless it is proven negligence by the company or its facilitators.
4. Pictures can be taken and may be used for marketing purposes, please inform in advance if child's picture should not be taken.
5. In case of any dispute, Impressions Art Studio reserves the right to exercise final discretion.
6. You have not travelled out of country for the past 14 days.
